Runexo offers cloud-based GPU infrastructure, storage, and related tools for developers, researchers, and enterprises. Service availability may vary and is subject to system updates, maintenance, and third-party dependencies.

3. Account Registration

To use Runexo, you must create an account with accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.

4. Usage of Services

You agree to use Runexo only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Misuse of services, including attempts to disrupt systems, unauthorized access, or abuse of computing resources, may result in suspension or termination.

5. Payment and Billing

For paid services, you agree to provide valid payment information. Charges are based on usage, subscription plans, or credits purchased. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Data Storage and Retention

Runexo provides cloud storage for files, models, and datasets. Certain plans may include temporary storage that is auto-removed after a set period. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology provided by Runexo remain the intellectual property of Runexo Inc. You retain rights to your own data, models, and creations uploaded or generated using the platform.

8. Third-Party Tools and Integrations

Runexo may provide integrations with third-party applications. We are not responsible for the performance, reliability, or policies of third-party providers.

9. Limitation of Liability

Runexo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.

10. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive, fraudulent, or illegal activity.

11. Modifications to Terms

Runexo may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Ontario courts.
